Social Networking App Development with Kotlin

I'm in need of a professional app developer that can help me in building a social networking app. Here's a breakdown of what I'm looking for: - Develop a social networking app for Android using Kotlin. - Incorporate Firebase Spark or MySql as the database, but I'm open to your suggestions and discussing other options once you understand the project. - The app must have a strong emphasis on photo and video sharing, so this feature needs to be flawless and user-friendly. - The user profiles will need to be customizable, but the customizations should be simple and easy to navigate. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in developing social networking apps for Android. - Proficiency in Kotlin programming language. - Strong understanding of Firebase Spark or MySql, and the ability to make suggestions for the best database to use. - Prior experience in developing apps with robust photo and video sharing capabilities. - Ability to create simple yet effective user profile customization options. This project will likely require API development as well, so experience in API development will be an added advantage. Looking forward to discussing this further with a skilled freelancer. My app may require api development, however this is also subject to understanding the objective of the app and ots functionality – this can be discussed as well. Key points: 1. Attached doc has detailed explanation of the app and what I need. Freelancer must go throught the doc before we can initiate discussion on this. 2. This project will be essentially on 1 mile stone i.e. full and final. There will not be any milestone on the course, thus pls only bid if you (freelancer is comfortable with this condition) 3. The freelancer has to present a concise task breakdown / WBS for the project before award which will also be discussed. 4. At the end of project, the freelancer has to provide full source code, all documented instructions on what to install and restore in the event of changing the server – the server will be based on DNS so when (if) we change the server – we place everything from the old server to new and update the DNS and the app should be up and running. 5. Web based admin panel for admin and super admin. 6. The app has to be developed from scratch i.e. mockups or design, UI and UE – all will be a part of this. 7. Payment integration via googleplay store if mandate, assistance to be provided. The freelancer will be responsible of successfully getting the app listed on playstore. 8. Time frame for this is 45-60 days
