That means that the user can make a custom board, like putting his own names on the properties, choosing the number of the tiles, putting quiz questions on some tiles (so that if the player answers right, he can benefit from whatever the tile says) and things like that. The basic rules of monopoly should still be the standard ones. The 2nd part of the project is making the custom board playable, so that people can play the game (not by network, but on a single pc). In other words coding the full game and selecting at the start classic or custom board.
