Descrizione del concorso

I need a designer to create a basic warehouse layout for me. The design should effectively balance storage space with a small workshop area and a kitchen space. The shelving units will primarily store small parts bins for products being sold so the layout should optimize for this.
Inventory / storage is online sales so is not customer facing.

Key Requirements:
- Working on a VERY tight budget. Low cost materials / ''budget shelving' etc.
- Focus on maximising storage
- Space for a small repair station (perhaps a small L-shape bench large enough for 2 chairs?)
- Inclusion of a basic kitchen space (compact, suitable for 2 people). No toilet.
- Keep an empty small area inside the roller shutter area (perhaps 5m x 3m) as an unloading space.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in warehouse layout design
- Understanding of workspace optimization
- Ability to design for specific storage needs
- Creativity in space utilization

Notes:
- Building is 12m x 9m. 3.8m high (at sides) and 4.6m high (in centre)

What do you mean by "small parts bins for products being sold"? Can you share the existing bins model/dimensions?
