Freelance Job Post: Seeking Talented Photographer & Editor for Lifestyle Airbnb Photos

Project Overview:
As a passionate vacation rental owner and manager, I understand the importance of showcasing my Airbnb properties in the best possible light. I am looking to elevate my new Airbnb listing by incorporating lifestyle photography that goes beyond the standard property shots. By adding images of people, pets, and other elements that highlight the active use of the spaces, I aim to create an emotional connection with potential guests and drive bookings. THIS IS PROJECT #1 OF MANY TO COME AS WE NEED FOR OUR ENTIRE PORTFOLIO OF RENTAL HOMES!

What I'm Looking For:
I’m seeking a talented freelance photographer and/or photo editor with expertise in lifestyle photography and image editing. Your role will be to use my existing property photos and seamlessly incorporate lifestyle elements into them to tell a compelling story. This might include:

Families enjoying meals at the dining table
Friends laughing in the living room
Pets lounging by the fireplace or running in the yard
Couples sipping coffee on the balcony at sunrise
The goal is to create aspirational, authentic visuals that help potential guests imagine themselves enjoying the space.

Key Deliverables:

Image Curation & Enhancement: Review and enhance my existing photos to ensure they are high-quality and visually appealing.
Lifestyle Integration: Add realistic, well-composed lifestyle elements (people, pets, etc.) that align with the property’s vibe.
Final Photos: Deliver a set of 5-8 polished, high-resolution lifestyle images ready for use on Airbnb.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in lifestyle photography or photo editing (please provide portfolio examples).
Skilled in Photoshop or other photo editing tools to seamlessly integrate lifestyle elements.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Familiarity with Airbnb’s photo guidelines is a plus.
