Job Title: Arabic-Speaking Developer Needed for SharePoint 2019 Task and Performance Management Dashboard
Description:
We are seeking an experienced developer (or development team) to create a Task and Performance Management Dashboard specifically for SharePoint 2019. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Arabic and English, with a strong background in SharePoint development and experience in building interactive dashboards.
Project Overview:
The dashboard will serve as a centralized platform for managing tasks, tracking performance, facilitating collaboration, and addressing challenges within SharePoint 2019. Key features include:
1. Task Management:
• Kanban board view for tracking tasks.
• Task creation with fields like title, description, priority, due date, dependencies, and attachments.
• Task assignment to individuals or teams with notifications sent to assignees.
• Recurring task automation.
2. Performance Analytics:
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking (e.g., task completion rates, average time to complete tasks).
• Visual reports and analytics using Power BI integration.
3. Communication Tools:
• Integrated chat functionality for team communication (e.g., Microsoft Teams integration).
4. Escalation Feature:
• Automatic escalation of tasks that are overdue or unresolved.
• Notifications sent to relevant stakeholders at different escalation levels.
5. Gamification Elements:
• Individual score pages for employees displaying their points, badges, and achievements.
• Managers can view team scores and individual performance metrics.
• Points system to reward timely task completion.
• Badges awarded for achieving specific milestones (e.g., “Task Master”).

Requirements
• Proven experience in SharePoint 2019 development (please specify your expertise).
