 Execute all Human Resources policies and Advisory Project.  Co-ordinate recruitment process, appraisal and interviews • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records • Preparing Pay Slips • Ensuring of compliance of all Labour Law in regards to company’s operations and Government Regulatory Bodies example NAFDAC, Trademark, SON etc.
