I have been working as a software Test Engineer at LTI Mindtree LTD. In Pune since September 2020. In my role, I have primarily focused on manual( functional) testing. I have gained experience in testing projects related to Sibel CRM- Telecom billing (BSS) & Banking and Finance domains. I possess strong skills in analyzing requirements (SRS) and have a clear understanding of models including of different software development life cycle models including Agile and Waterfall. Additionally, I am well versed in Software Testing life cycle & Defect Life Cycle. My responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, participating in daily scrum meetings to discuss project progress, and utilizing bug tracking tools like JIRA for efficient bug tracking. I have extensive knowledge of various software testing methodologies such as Sanity, Smoke, Functional, Retesting, Regression and GUI testing. Furthermore, I am experienced in webservice testing using tools like Soap UI and protocols like SOAP. I can validate response files and utilize WSDL requests using different methods. I have also prepared test scenarios, designed test cases, analyzed defects and generated defect reports. Additionally, I have contributed to test case reviews, partially assisted in test planning, and prepared test reports. In my projects, I have worked on the Opticomm project in the Sibel CRM- Telecom billing (BSS) domain for Opticomm, Australia. This involved integrating the billing system and CRM solution to improve customer satisfaction and marketing capabilities. I have also been involved in the Livespread project in the Investment Banking domain for Deloitte, where I focused on understanding requirements, preparing test scenarios and cases, executing tests, and participating in test case reviews. Overall, I possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling me to quickly grasp new technical concepts and apply them effectively in my work.
