My name ism Julian Gillett. I currently have over 9 years of experience In Call center doing customer service and sales combined. My most recent job was with the dept help center assisting customers with credit cards and unsecured debt. before that, I had been leading a team of 6 AGENTS doing email/chat assisting users on a platform called Handshake. In addition to leading the team, I spent a lot of time on the phone with clients, answering questions, assisting in navigating the platform, and also Emailing users. I graduated high school with a diploma in the business field and got my first job as a customer service agent where I worked for 2 years and gain a lot of knowledge about the importance of customer services and techniques used daily. Within the past 9 years, I worked in a few call centers and was introduced to sales, Appointment settings, Data entry, Chats&Emails, Order Entry, order tracking, and Lead Generation.
I also did multiple campaigns including Credit repair, education, surveys, Health care, and Auto insurance. just to name a few. While working with companies in the past I am proud of how I helped them grow. with all my experience I am very confident and look forward to putting my skills and experience to the test in a way I know will shape the future of a business. I'm a fast learner and would love to learn more about other aspects of customer service sales and marketing.
