90 on Google Lighthouse is possible on your site, but only on desktop. For mobile, I think I can get it up to about 45. Your problem is not only a poorly optimized website (I can work on that), you have a problem with not so great web-host. Lighthouse shows that you have bad TTFB (server response time), I can't work on that (you need to change the web-host plan for that). That being said, I can greatly optimize your website (to around 45 score in mobile Google Lighthouse), in about two days time.
