We are currently hiring for one of our clients from the Big Four, to enhance their client's data quality and operational efficiency. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Cleansing Specialist to join the team. The role involves working occasionally onsite (at the Zurich headquarters of this Big Four company; frequency of working from the office and remotely will be determined by the company) to support efforts to improve data quality, accuracy, and reliability. A strong understanding of data quality principles and data cleansing techniques is required. You will be leveraging your expertise in data management, as well as your understanding of the bank's systems and data models, to identify and resolve data inconsistencies. The role requires proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as experience with SQL-based data manipulation and analysis. We are planning to sign a contract with a starting date of February with a multi-month engagement, up to 12 months - it will not be a permanent hiring contract. The project will be during working hours. Key responsibilities include: - Enhancing data quality and reducing deficiencies. - Applying strong knowledge of data cleansing techniques to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Working directly with the client’s teams to ensure data aligns with business needs. - Utilizing data profiling and quality assessment tools to identify root causes of data issues/patterns. - Documenting and reporting data cleansing processes.
