Issabel PABX & GSM Gateway Integration

I'm seeking an expert in Issabel PABX configuration, particularly with experience in integrating it with a GSM gateway and open source CRM. Key Requirements: - My primary motivation for this project is to significantly enhance my customer service capabilities. Therefore, a strong grasp of customer service practices and how they can be integrated into the PABX is a must. - For the GSM gateway integration, the most important feature for me is call logging, call recording and call barging. I need to be able to track, record and analyze a variety of call data, including call duration, frequency, and source/destination information. Call pop up is one more required feature i.e. when an out bound call is made via sip dialer, the called number if there is CRM database, the agent should see the CRM pop uo opens for the same client, similarly if an inbound call comes, the free / logged in agent should get a pop of the client calling, looking at the clients called number and if the record is present in DB of the CRM, the pop up should open the same. All my inbound and outbound calls will be via Dinstar GSM gateway. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in Issabel PABX configuration and management. - Experience in integrating PABX systems with GSM gateways. - Familiarity with open-source CRM systems. I'm open to suggestions on ways to enhance the system's performance and am looking for a freelancer who can provide insights and suggestions that might benefit my business. THE PROJECT WILL BE BASED ON ONLY 1 MILESTONE I.E. FULL AND FINAL, ONCE I GET WHATS MENTIONED ABOVE, I RELEASE THE FUL PAYMENT. AT THE END OF THE PROJECT, I WOULD NEED DOCUMENTATION TO DO THE SAME SETUP IN FUTURE MYSELF.
