Mobile sales funnel Developer for Exclusive Event - LuxeRave: The Ultimate Poolside Bash
Budget: Flexible, yet reasonable price, budget range in title
We are open to proposals. Please include your estimated cost and timeline based on the outlined requirements.
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to design and develop a professional, mobile-responsive website which a sales funnel for our exclusive pop-up event running from February 28 to March 2, 2024 (12 PM to 10 PM daily). The funnel should facilitate ticket sales, RSVPs, automated communications, limited parking access, and include urgency timers for ticket sales, while integrating seamlessly with Google Ads for marketing. We’ll give the location & any extra information needed
Deadline:
The website must be fully operational and tested by January 15, 2024 to ensure everything is in place for marketing and event preparation.
Project Scope:
1. Funnel Development:
• Design a visually appealing and intuitive website tailored to our luxury event, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
• Ensure a mobile-friendly experience for easy navigation and bookings.
• The design should reflect exclusivity, luxury, and a high-end atmosphere, incorporating our brand’s colors and logo. (Please request access to brand guidelines if needed.)
• Example design inspirations: [Provide links to examples, e.g., luxury event websites, high-end brand sites, etc.]
2. Event Details & Ticket Sales:
• Showcase event details (Feb 28 – Mar 2, 12 PM–10 PM daily) with a focus on luxury and exclusivity.
• Set up a secure ticket sales system with different pricing tiers if needed.
• Implement urgency timers to display how much time remains for ticket purchases or availability, creating a sense of urgency.
3. RSVP System:
• Implement RSVP functionality to capture attendee information.
• Automate confirmation emails for RSVP submissions and ticket purchases.
4. Automated Notifications:
• Set up automated text reminders and updates for confirmed attendees.
• Create a pre-event countdown timer for reminders leading up to the event.
5. Google Ads Integration:
• Connect the website to Google Ads for tracking, retargeting, and driving event awareness.
6. Limited Parking Management:
• Create a system for reserving and managing parking slots for attendees.
• Provide clear instructions for reserving parking, with a cap on parking spaces based on event registration.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional, mobile-optimized website with event branding.
• Secure payment gateway for ticket sales.
• RSVP system with automated email confirmations and text notifications.
• Integration with Google Ads for analytics and marketing campaigns.
• Parking reservation system with clear attendee instructions.
• Urgency timers for ticket sales and event countdowns.
Requirements:
