But on-going and probably a good one for someone with the right time and tools.
I’m looking for a person or a team who can add large text-size transcripts (subtitles) to videos.
The videos will generally be between 30 seconds and 10 minutes in length, but sometimes they might range to 20 minutes. The average is probably around 5 minutes.
I’m looking to cover 5usd per 10 minutes pro rata.
So a 20 minute video will be 10usd.
A 5 minute video would be 2.5usd.
Anything 2.5 minutes or less would be 1.5usd.
In your bid please write “I can add large accurate subtitles to short videos for _____usd per 10 minutes”
(pay will be based pro rata on 1 minute)
I know this budget is going to be too low for anyone living in a location with a higher cost of living.
You can do a better rate than this, please mention that in your bid. BECAUSE BEST PRICING WILL BE A KEY FACTOR in the decision.
I don’t mind if some kind of tool or AI is used to make the transcripts and subtitles but I need them generally very accurate and matching the speech timing.
I need a fast turnaround time of no more than 24 hrs for the initial submission
And then within no more than 24 hrs for any revisions.
I’ll need the person to be available for up to 2 or 3 revisions or more if there are larger inaccuracies.
The subtitles will need to match the spoken words as much as possible in terms of timing.
I have examples of how the finals should look. I can send those.
Again, it is a price and time sensitive project. If you feel you have expertise in this area but feel the budget is too low please feel free to indicate your per 1 min of video price.

I have selected the 30 to 250usd project option here as I suspect the total budget over time will be well over $250, as there already are almost daily videos (although there is no guarantee about the number of videos), however, I’m happy to make an hourly project to reduce total fees both sides if that is more fitting.
