Conversation regarding TOR Onion and/or Telegram application

I have develop my own Laravel website application. I have my own nging digital ocean webserver. I would like to deploy it into TOR onion and/or into Telegram Application ( in converstion I can undestand which is more convienient) I want a convesation talking over the following topics about TOR Onion website OR Telegram application . The main thing is: I have developed a custom laravel application and I want to deploy it securely into TOR or Telegram. NOTE: I already have a working application and would like to deploy securely into Onion or Telegram. some of the questions may seem dumb or may not apply, this is why talking with someone with experience would be very useful. User interaction to display simple text data from Laravel API is required. AJAX or CURL, email would be a plus. -Can onion websites, have transactional email? secure automatable email, for transaction like emails? -AJAX workaround, how could I avoid javascript? CURL in the server and preloading? Experience would be great. -dynamic content required (Telegram can communicate with Laravel) -suggsted secure VPS and which to choose. -could it be possible to communicate with members registered in the application? -want to deploy an API / HTML application, is Telegram a good alternative? It could work with simple text. -please include you have experience with TOR Onion websites in your application -need to have this kind of conversation with some one knowledgable. -have you worked with onion websites with registration before is required -I can work myself, I'm looking for conversation, learning and education.
