Project Overview: The goal is to establish a secure Google Workspace environment for MVM and its clients, ensuring dedicated workspaces, robust monitoring, and strict compliance measures to manage remote staff activities. The project will involve setting up Google Workspace, configuring security settings, monitoring tools, and communication restrictions to prevent unauthorized access and poaching. Responsibilities: Google Workspace Setup: Configure the main Google Workspace for MVM, including sub-workspaces for individual client projects. Access Control and Permissions: Set up role-based access management, secure file sharing, and DLP policies to protect sensitive data. Activity Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools to track user activities, document changes, and system usage; set up alerts for any suspicious behavior. Communication Management: Configure Google Chat (Hangouts) spaces to control communications, and set up Google Voice numbers for monitored client interactions. Security Enhancements: Establish security protocols, including 2FA, encryption, and compliance checks to ensure data protection. AI Integration: Integrate AI tools for call recording, chat transcript analysis, and automated reporting to enhance oversight. Training and Documentation: Provide guidance and training materials for staff to ensure they understand how to use the new workspace environment effectively. Requirements: Proven experience in Google Workspace setup and administration. Expertise in Google Admin Console, security configuration, and compliance management.
