Web Service/Desktop App Project/Time Monitoring

Hi, Guys This bid request is for a project management/time tracking DB, application and web service.... The overall DB design needs to be done for the overall/entire application. But only the time tracking portion of this will be used with the web service/desktop app. This bid request has 3 Parts. 1. Design a MYSQL DB that can be used with the web service and desktop app. That allows tracking of Projects My Company Details(The company with the master logins) Users of the seller company. External Companys (The ones who the project is for) Time workers spent on projects Issues tracking on a project. General Fields and Tables you beleive woudl be needed for this. 2. Webservice. & 3. Desktop app This webservice could simply be pages that send display XML that the app could read. Obviously doing this via sending the right credentials to that page(eg login info, project id etc) The webservice is to be used with certain parts of the DB above. It will allow users to login through the desktop app. Retrieve a list of open projects and allow them to Start/Initiate a Time Start on a Project and then follow up with a Time Finish Obivoulsy. Also giving them a count of Open Issues on Projects(Which is refreshed periodically) The focus for the Desktop app is and MUST be USEABILLITY! Needs to be FAST to REACT and EASY TO USE! Thanks Tristan ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform MYSQL, VB.NET & ASP.NET
