Own tracker system

Looking for an author, to implement your own tracker system. Which works on its own map template, and tells the user the location of the device and, if necessary, can be taken forward in the future. That, for example, finds the product location on this map and the tracker recognizes that you are in exactly the right place (zoom in if necessary). As light and safe to use as possible. Only works with usernames and passwords.
