Who You Are: * A Flutter/Dart expert with a proven track record of building production-ready mobile applications. * Highly motivated and creative, with a willingness to suggest ideas and improve app functionality. * Organized and reliable, with a strong history of delivering on time. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Based in the USA or Canada (to facilitate device shipping). What You’ll Do: * Build and enhance our mobile application using Flutter/Dart. * Collaborate with the team to integrate the app with prebuilt IoT backend services. * Optimize app performance and improve the user experience. * Use GitHub for version control and contribute clean, well-documented code. * Bring creative solutions and suggestions to improve functionality and workflow. Must-Have Skills: * Flutter/Dart: Advanced to expert-level proficiency. * Proven delivery record: A strong history of delivering high-quality work on time. * Availability: At least 20 hours per week. * References: Solid references who can vouch for your skills and reliability. * GitHub Proficiency: Comfortable using GitHub, with all rights to the code assigned to Cooler Pro as part of the agreement. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Experience with backend and server applications (e.g., building APIs, managing databases). * Knowledge of SQL and database design. * Familiarity with IoT devices and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integration.
