Cartoon Logo Rework for Brand Alignment

I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to rework my character-based cartoon logo. We are looking to have the characters in the logo re-posed and customized for various advertisements, holidays, etc. Some of the characters currently don't have full bodies designed and we would like to have each characters in our logo designed so that it could be posed on its own.
We are not interested in redesigning our logo, but simply extracting the characters from the logo and allowing them to take on a life of their own outside the actual log.
Attached to this project is our existing logo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify the existing logo to the requirements of the project keeping the same look and feel of the logo
- Enhance visual appeal while keeping the character relatable
- Deliver high-quality digital files suitable for various uses
