Custom Coin Image Creation

I need a Photoshop expert to help me modify an image of a one-cent coin. This will involve retouching and enhancement, background removal and color correction. The goal is to create a unique coin image. I have PNG, PDF and JPEG of images to build this off of and have attached some markups for example.
