Need design updates/polish for iOS app

I'm looking for some help cleaning up and polishing the design of my hopefully-soon-to-be-released iOS app. I'm getting pretty close to release quality in terms of functionality, but could really use some design polish to make the app shine.

Primarily I think I'm looking to add a bit of subtle color/texture to things to make the overall feel less black-and-white. I'm...fairly happy with the "big picture" design and general layout (simple tab bar and push/pop navigation), but definitely could use some help on fonts, text colors/weight and smaller layout adjustments to clean things up.
Project scope would be to do a polished design of approximately 10-15 screens. Although, with some guidance and a good style guide, I can probably manage updating the design of some of the minor screens myself. So it's possible I won't need full designs for all of the screens as long as the ones that ARE polished have a fairly clear design style. This is a design/UX project only, no iOS coding required (I'm doing all that myself).
Preferred output would probably be Sketch files (or some other format that can be easily exported to Zeplin) and a Zeplin project I can use as my reference for implementing.
