Special PCB ...design and build

We need you to design a small PCB that is connected to 4 cameras , and its task is to transfer any movement that happens infron of the cameras to single pulse signals and send it to our existing pcb.
So mainly ...its a motion detection purpose.
Cameras choice is left to you , but keep in mind that we are talking about mini small cameras for motion detection use , not for real stream. I think that the cameras will need a software to translate any movement infront of it to signals ( or any other way you think could do the required mission .... which is sending signal to our pcb once movement happens )
dont include in this PCB any kind of power supply , as we already have an SMPS that gives 5V , 12V , 24V , so we can power it directly from this SMPS power supply
