Key Features:
- AI-based job matching: I need an intelligent system that pairs job seekers with the most suitable opportunities based on their qualifications and preferences.
- Video interview capability: This feature should allow employers to conduct interviews remotely, directly through the platform.
- Real-time application tracking: Employers and recruiters need to have access to a feature that tracks applications in real time.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in web development, particularly in creating job portals or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technology and its application in recruitment.
- Ability to design and implement video capabilities within a website.
- Experience in developing real-time tracking systems.

1. Full-Stack Developer (2) - Experience 7+ Years
Responsibilities:

Backend: Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.

2. UX/UI Designer (Exp 7 years min):
