RPG Game Development with Mini-game Feature

I need someone to make a multiple choice RPG style game for PC/Mac including a mini-game. Here are the elements included in the game:
GRAPHICS:
- Only stills, no animation.
- High-quality 3D style preferred and otherwise cartoon
- 5 backgrounds (locations)
- 3 characters
- 20 positions of the main character
- All positions must be replicated with about 10 different combinations of clothing (200 variations in total, but if it is done in 3D character, then the variations of each position can be done relatively quickly)
STORY:
- Classic multiple choice story, very linear
- Stories are illustrated with backgrounds and main characters moving around in slightly different positions (see above) so does not require additional graphics
- Text and multiple choices, must be configurable by developer to allow easy editing
GAME MECHANICS
- Every day there is a day and an evening and the user can assign actions to each time
- The actions include working (mini-game) and visiting places and resting
- Events (stories) happen based on parameters/attributes of the main character (see below)
- Visiting places is only highlighted if an even is actually available, otherwise the character would usually just be working and some times resting (working costs stamina)
MINIGAME
- Work is as a personal trainer in a gym which is viewed from above
- Gym goers have needs and interactions (more details can be discussed in chat about the project)
- It is basic time management, trying to fulfil the needs in time before they get disgruntled
- Actions: Train, Bring towel, Bring water
ATTRIBUTES
- 7 attributes growing from 0 to 100 based on mini-game
- Stamina
So when a certain attribute reaches a certain level, a certain event (story) becomes available which will be shown when the character enters a certain location.
This project might be suitable for 2 people (one for graphics, one for programming). I am aware that this project requires both plenty of preparation and a lot of time to complete.
