We have recently migrated our platform written in CakePHP. We are facing intermittent issues after migration. The platform becomes nonresponsive for 2/3 minutes several times during the day. Also, the Pspell function is not working as a result particular functionality is not working. We need a server admin who is an expert in WHM, centos, package installation, and SSH.
