I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a new range of fishing shirts and dresses for our brand. We currently sell ladies, kids' shirts & dresses, and baby rompers, and we're ready to expand to including men's shirts.

For the upcoming ladies' and kids' collection, I envision vibrant, bold prints, while keeping them fashion-forward. It's crucial that these designs do not feature any fish or fish prints. The aim is to create stylish, versatile pieces that can transition seamlessly from the boat to the pub or a shopping trip.

The men's range should contrast this with a more understated, minimalistic approach, focusing on greys and blacks. The key here is to maintain a clean aesthetic, steering clear of anything overly vibrant.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in fashion
- Strong understanding of diverse aesthetic styles
- Ability to create unique, complex designs
- Familiarity with designing for different age groups and genders
- Understanding of the balance between practical and stylish apparel
