I need a professional designer to help create a modern, stylish LAYOUT, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR design for a golf club and resort that needs complete renovation inside and out.
PLEASE NOTE, DESIGN AND RENDERINGS FOR THE ACTUAL PROJECT WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR REVIEW, GENERIC ENTRIES WILL NOT BE QUALIFIED FOR REVIEW.
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ACTUAL PICTURES AND PROVIDE THE DESIGN FOR OVERALL LAYOUT, EXTERNAL DESIGN AND INTERIOR DESIGNS.
ALL INTERIOR PICTURES ARE OF THE RESTAURANT. BAR AND KITCHEN.

Project has 2 components MUST submit BOTH to qualify

- 1) design the layout of different buildings on the plot depicting the below structures with modern designs (including what is already in place). This will be the overall layout of the project.

- 2) design interior for each of these spaces including renderings and 3D for BOTH 1 and 2

Key Dimensions -
1. Overall layout shown in the pictures is 12 acres (4 acres has buildings and house and 8 acres has parking
2. Main cub house shown in the picture is approximate 4000 sq ft with 3 levels
3. Single house is approx 2600 sqft with 2 levels. First level is 2000 sw ft with open concept kitchen, one living room and one large dining room. Upstairs is 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms
4. Large office building is for 20 guest rooms each with attached bathroom

Key Areas/structures/buildings/amenities for interior Design and overall layout :
- Lobby: This area should be welcoming, stylish and reflective of the modern theme.
- Restaurant: The design here should facilitate a great dining experience, with a nod to the modern aesthetic.
- Outdoor Look: This should be an extension of the modern design, potentially incorporating elements that make it appealing and functional.
- 20 guest rooms with golf themes
- makeover of the existing house design
- makeover of the 2 existing structures
- event space makeover (currently a old garage)
- mini golf course design NEW to be placed on the layout
- outdoor sitting space design on the 20x30 deck
- outdoor sitting design under the 20x30 deck
- create additional outdoor spaces in the available space NEW to be placed on the layout
- design pro shop interior design NEW to be placed on the layout
- Fitness room NEW to be placed on the layout
- Proposed golf cart storage shed (for 50 carts) NEW to be placed on the layout
- Driving range with 20 bays NEW to be placed on the layout

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial design, particularly in modern aesthetics.
- Strong understanding and ability to design for a lobby, restaurant and outdoor space.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and execute the vision.
- Portfolio of similar past projects.
