  A flyer that can be easily edited for future is highly desirable. I like the idea of a relevant image and some text promoting the specific service. Definitely needs to be professional looking and if it can tie to logo and web design all the better. Some ideas for images include emergency management things like cyclones, bushfires, floods, etc. Business continuity might be something business like or dominoes to depict cascade failure and community resilience might be first aid or other images depicting community training or community disaster response.
