Reposted project with proper requirements listed. Job was changed so many times by me, it was not fair to list such a big project for such a small fee.

service provider has issues locating files

well, I made a wrong choice. The vendor was not able to test his code properly and wasted almost 10 days of mine without providing the final complete project. And in the end when I asked about the errors and mistakes he made, the reply was that the project price is not sufficient to fulfill the requirements where as he already knew the full requirements since beginning as I wrote clearly in the project description that what I need.
