• Search Resumes on the database; job sites/boards, and post requirements on the job sites/boards. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Dice, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn, and Zip Recruiter, Indeed. Broadcast requirements to other subcontractors/vendors.
• Familiarity with US Geography and terminology used in US recruitments (i.e. Visa (H1B, H4, EAD GC, GC, US Citizen, TN, OPT), C2C, W2 and 1099)
• Short listing resume against different requirements
