**Job Description: Banner Exchange Manager**
I’m looking for someone to handle a **repetitive but important task**: managing banner exchanges between our website and other sites. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Researching potential partner sites**: You’ll need to visit many websites and identify those that could be interested in exchanging banners with us.
2. **Contacting website owners**: Once you find potential partners, you'll contact them through their contact forms or other available methods, proposing a banner exchange.
3. **Managing banner exchanges**: After receiving the banner from the partner site, you’ll upload it to our site. Similarly, you'll send our banner to them and ensure it's displayed correctly.
4. **Maintaining communication**: You’ll follow up to ensure that both parties are satisfied and that the banners are properly displayed on both sides.
This is a **repetitive and straightforward job** but requires attention to detail and good communication skills. I’m looking for someone who can **efficiently manage this process** and keep track of all the exchanges.
