Comsol Multiphysics MEMS optimization

Task of the project is to optimize the shape of the comb drive actuator in Comsol 5.1 Multiphysics software.

Assumptions:

Objective function is to maximize the electrostatic force, with minimization of the mass.

The thickness and applied voltage is constant value.
