Video Analytics with FFMPEG

Goal is to produce a set of time-series features from a library of video files, then support video sub-segment similarity search
- Use ffmpeg signature filter ([login to view URL]) to extract features
- Do a custom build of the filter to support 1Hz (stock ffmpeg is 0.2Hz)
- Index features for search (I'm open to proposals of tech stack for this, prefer Lucene based)
- Build a command-line tool to take a new video and search against the library for ranked hits (parameterized for subsegment of video, uses a ffmpeg signature generation subprocess to generate the query)
