Automation Anywhere AA360 Developer and Support

I'm seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere professional. I require both Control Room Administration and Bot Development expertise. The bots to be developed will be a mix of both attended and unattended types. The primary focus will be on providing bot support and bug fixes while also conducting Control Room adminstrator tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bot production support and RCA
- Develop Bug Fixes
- Control Room Admin Tasks
***Need someone who is communicative and able to take on tasks without direction. Need to ensure automations are running in prod and also proactively identify and document enhancments and better way of doing things. This a new client and we have authority in making changes that other support folks can follow.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Automation Anywhere AA360
- Experienced in both Control Room Administration and Bot Development
- Capable of developing both attended and unattended bots
- Strong understanding of IT and System Administration processes
- Strong communicatiion
- *****Ability to work independently without much oversight
