Translate database to other languages function 1

I need the following made in a file called [login to view URL]

1 button called select sql file (when clicked i can select sql file to translate)

1 drop down with 2 options (Category / products )

1 drop down to choose language to translate to

1 button called "Translate" (when clicked it will translate) and when translation is done it will save the translated sql file to the computer.

the translation api i was thinking on something like this:

[login to view URL]

so function will be like this

1 i choose sql to translate

2. i choose category or products it will translate

3 i choose language to translate to

4 i click execute.

I expect it to be done fast and today so if your bid is more than one day it will be ignored.

The faster the better
