Freelance Recruiter for Referral Hiring Program - Long Term

I am looking for a freelance recruiter or marketing professional to maximize the usage of my company-provided referral link for hiring purposes. The goal is to share the link with as many qualified candidates as possible and encourage them to apply for open positions through it. The freelancer will be responsible for: 1. Identifying relevant job seekers based on the company's open roles. 2. Strategically sharing my referral link with potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks. 3. Reaching out to candidates to explain the application process and ensure they use the referral link. 4. Providing regular updates on outreach efforts and link usage metrics. Success in this project will be measured by the number of valid applications submitted through the referral link. You do not need to worry about post-application follow-ups or candidate success after using the link. Required Skills: 1. Outreach & Lead Generation: Experience in contacting and engaging with potential job seekers. 2. Digital Marketing: Proficiency in using social media, job boards, and other platforms to promote referral links. 3. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively pitch the application process and encourage usage of the referral link. 4. Analytical Skills: Tracking and reporting metrics related to referral link usage. 5. Time Management: Quickly identifying and engaging with a high volume of candidates.
