Trace a file with a hand sketch and convert it to a vector outline.

The outlines of the pieces in the vector file must be smooth: circles must be circles. This can't simply be done with an automatic tracing program.

It must be scaled exactly as shown in the sketch, which includes a 1 inch grid for size reference. The grid itself does not need to be traced. The dotted outline does need to be traced.
