Looking for a sidekick to help out with work

I am an author, serial entrepreneur, teacher, and a business coach. I have only 24 hours so I need an extra set of hands.
Let's face it, resumes really don't tell you all that much and try going through 200 of them in one day, they all start looking the same and tell you VERY little about a person. This is your chance to do something outside the box and show us who you really are. I hope it will save me and you time.
To tell you a little more about this role, I am looking for someone who I can mentor and ultimately have run one of my companies/ideas. That is why I say this is NOT for someone who has or is looking to be an admin. If you have been an assistant for 10+ years, this position is NOT for you. Yes, I need help with simple basic things but ultimately I want someone who can step in and run something.
THE ROLE:
1. Communicate with our partners and get the deal done (via Facebook etc.)
2. Keep a track of everything in Google spreadsheet
3. Take my phones, handle my social profiles, literally become my extra set of hands.
