ESP32S3 Debugging & Consultation

I'm in urgent need of an experienced ESP32 developer to assist with troubleshooting my WaveShare ESP32-S3 SIM7670G 4G and Lilygo T-SIMCAM boards. I've been having significant issues getting them to consistently upload and run code, even the manufacturer's demo programs.
Key Issues:
- Connection errors
- Code upload failures
- Inconsistent behavior
- Other minor odd issues
My goal is to have an online meeting where I can share my screen and give you control to help me troubleshoot these issues. I also need your support to better understand this platform as I prepare for a new project. I can pay by the hour and anticipate needing considerable consultation early on, with ongoing support as I continue my project and encounter new issues.
I have been using both the Arduino IDE and PlatformIO (VS Code) for development. Ideally, you would be familiar with both of these development boards and have extensive experience with the Arduino IDE and/or PlatformIO (VS Code). Your ability to clearly explain and guide me through these problems is as important as your technical skills.

The project needs to be completed within 1 week, for the initial stuff but, if you're available, I will likely need you ongoing as I finish this and other projects.
