Project Name: THE MEWS MALL
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Project Description:
The Mews Mall consists of three interconnected mixed-use buildings on a 9000 m² plot. Each basement is 9000 m², and the total building area per floor is 5350 m², with a total area of 53,750 m². The floors are distributed as follows:
• Basements (1st, 2nd, 3rd): 9000 m² each
• Floors (Ground to 3rd): 5350 m² each
• Roof and Upper Roof: 5350 m²
Scope of Work:
We need a qualified freelancer [Electro-mechanical Engineer(s)], who has strong Revit Software Experience to upgrade our Revit model in two stages:
1. Upgrade from LOD 300 to LOD 400 (Shop Drawings):
o Review and enhance the model to generate detailed shop drawings.
o Add construction details, dimensions, and materials.
o Perform clash detection and coordination.
2. Upgrade from LOD 400 to LOD 500 (As-Built Model):
o Finalize the model to reflect as-built conditions post-construction.
o Ensure all data is fully coordinated and accurate.
Deliverables:
• LOD 400 shop drawings for all relevant disciplines (Structural, MEP, Architectural).
• Updated Revit model at LOD 400 and 500.
• Clash detection reports and coordination.
• A change log and comments on any modifications.
Requirements:
• Budget: $10,000 (please include your proposal within this budget).
• Provide a timeline for both LOD 400 and LOD 500 upgrades.
• Previous experience with similar large-scale mixed-use developments.
