My motivation stems from the direct impact on human lives. - I bring 4+ years of international team experience in research, scientific and medical writing with 6 published papers and 4 national grant proposals (the merit of the most competitive grant was appraised but rejected for reasons unrelated to my performance), 4 honours and awards for myself and 1 for a friend; - 4+ experience in providing nutritional and medical support; - 5+ years of proven success in project and product management in academia (a small portion of 250k + saved >2500EUR to labs) and community pharmacy where I leveraged Smartsheet, Jira, and Scrum methodology to set clear goals which helped successfully manage the budget and boost pharmacy sales by 50%. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS - Strong scientific agility in medical specialities (mostly neurology, nutrition, psychiatry, public health, oncology and dermatology) with a history of successful collaboration with healthcare professionals and medical science liaisons; - Enthusiastic about medicine and able to adapt the speech and content to patients, and KOLs; - Knowledgeable in industry-specific technical language (e.g., scientific projects, papers, reports, grant proposals, whitepapers, etc), EU USA regulatory processes, GLPs, GMP and clinical trial platforms Veeva vault, Ideagen and a small demo with Kivo – I was trained by experts at Bayer, AbbVie, and Johns Hopkins (further described in detail); - Conceptualized and conducted research on 2 pioneering studies involving stem cells from patients and children from the biggest cohort in Portugal - The team is now doing more research on chrononutrition and I am proud of them :) - Business strategic foresight skills. PERSONAL SKILLS - Strong emotional intelligence; - Diligent with a positive, growth mindset, and commitment to ethics; - I value teamwork, honest and active communication, and a healthy and happy work culture. - Adaptable, quick learner, able to work autonomously and take risks - after investing over 4 years in a PhD program, I have bolstered my confidence, ability to self-taught, critical thinking and tactics to avoid and surpass setbacks. - Ambitious, able to boldly act on key decisions/opportunities and an avid "perpetual learner" who leverages all opportunities to improve myself professionally and as a person.
