  PleaseHi, if you don't get any success with people modifying your file. Please reach out to me. I can rebuild it from zero using your .step files as dimensional guidance. (The price will be approximately ~$50). I will design it properly with the correct corner and edge tolerances using Onshape professional Sheet metal modelling tools. I will provide detailed 2D drawings and 3D files you can take directly to a manufacturer. I have examined your model and it is not correctly toleranced and it will most likely not fit together properly after manufacture.

  Hello, this file requires a complete redo since it isn't designed correctly for sheet metal and lacks a proper flat pattern(in this step format)

     Exactly. I tried using the Onshape sheet metal features to rebuild it, but there are too many geometric errors that are unfixable. It's a complete remodel which isn't worth it for $20...
