I'm seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer for creating Facebook ad graphics for my business on a full-time basis. The first task involves designing two ad graphics with a modern and sleek style, following these key details:

- Size: Square
- Headline: “Special Offer: I’ll help you Launch Your Online Coaching Business in 30 Days!”
- Subheadline: “Exclusive for new coaches and PTs—January is YOUR time.”
- TARGET AUDIENCE (new online coaches, personal trainers).

The graphics must convey a minimalist and premium aesthetic.

I typically favor a black and white scheme with an accent color, but I'm open to your professional input on the primary color scheme. The preferred accent color could be blue or any other choice you deem suitable.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for social media ads
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern and sleek design aesthetics
- Ability to create minimalist and premium looking graphics
- Excellent understanding of color schemes and design principles
- Creativity in proposing color schemes and designs
