竞赛简介

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create various promotional materials for our new Section 8 (non-profit) company's first project - Republic Hostel and Mess (https://sheltersquare.org/projects-and-partnerships/). The goal of these materials is to engage and resonate with low-income workers and migrants.

Materials Needed:
1. Letterhead and business cards - design should relate to more than workers and migrants - should be presentable and attractive to donors and clients/partners
2. An outdoor banner with strong visual impact (10 x 15 ft approx. to be put up outside the hostel building) - designed for our worker audiences
3. A t-shirt design (logo + text message) for our staff, project members and workers in the hostel - for our worker audiences
4. A pamphlet to advertise our project (similar to banner but more text information on our services - details can be picked up from webpage linked above) - for our worker audiences
5. Two posters/information panels (approximately 2 x 3 ft with hostel rules, dos and don'ts, etc.) - for the workers in the hostel

All designs must convey strong visual and text messaging (text will be provided). The materials will be in Hindi, Odia, and possibly Gujarati (translations will be provided). Logo and images from the link above can be used to show ideas.

Ideal Skills:
- Graphic Design
- Understanding of visual communication
- Experience with designing for non-profits
- Proficient in creating culturally relevant designs

The timeline for this project is 2 weeks. It is crucial that the designs are relatable to our target audience and effectively promote our project and services.
