Hi, I am Sylvain, 45, a full-time freelancer and blogger/article writer with a professional background in business and marketing. I am now based half-time in Europe (Germany and France) and half-time in Asia. My background is in Business Development and Marketing / Branding for companies such as MGM Hotels and Casinos, The Coffee Bean, Subway and various key Food & Beverage – Hospitality structures for which I have focused on building projects and managing teams for the past 20 years in Vietnam and Asia as well as in Europe.
