As the head architect i am responsible for all architectural designs, meetings with clients discussing their design needs, supervising construction and being responsible for all legal and official planning and building permissions by government authorities in Cyprus. I am experienced mostly on residential and commercial designs of villas, residences, townhouses, hotel, renovations and luxury block of flats, hairdressing saloons, offices, cafeterias, shops, bars, taverns and restaurants.

I was working on architecture projects individually and in a high team spirit. The projects i worked on were mainly block of flats, complex of villas, and residences in a classic and modern design. Moreover i was responsible to supervise the construction of the properties for a successful result based on the architectural design and i was communicating with the responsible government authorities for all legal and official properties planning and building permissions.

I was responsible to examine applications of properties that were requesting an official planning permission based on Cyprus town planning regulations. I was working in a team and had meetings with architects discussing what was missing from their applications and what mistakes they have designed in order to correct for the planning permit of their clients. I was present on Architect Control Committee for more crucial decisions and present my work to the Prefect of Town Planning Department.
