Wordpress table cleanup

Hi, I have 185 wordpress pages with a picture and a heading on top. Now it aligned left, but i need to have it aligned in the center. In the same time theres some small text fixes. I can provide either a login to the wordpress admin or/and a dump of the pages table, if you can make a script to do the stuf.
