Virtual Assistant - Need 2 Highly Organized, Phone Enabled, Highly Efficient, Masters of CRM, Google Calendar and Email Marketing -- 2

If you’re not super organized and super motivated, this project is NOT for you. Our team needs two facilitators/coordinators to work with our project manager/ CMO to help with website production, agency, and agreement management, as well as keep the work flowing. We are looking for two-time slots to be filled: 3 PM—11 PM EST (US; New York) and 10:30 PM—7:30 AM EST (US; New York). Your task will include facilitating project completion and working with vendors and contractors to ensure website repairs, website builds/development, and marketing functions are completed. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and sending and responding to emails. Accordingly, your English (US) skills, both written and oral, must be impeccable and flawless. You must also do daily reporting tasks and carefully access where each vendor is on each project. You must also communicate effectively with all the parties on SLACK. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospective clients via chat on our websites (and social media) - and following up with emails and calls if necessary. Finally, you must be able to input and coordinate all this through a CRM - any particular ACTIVE CAMPAIGN knowledge would be useful. If you have used sales navigator on LinkedIn, this is also a plus.
