React Native WebRTC Voice Call Fix

I am looking for an experienced React Native developer with extensive knowledge of WebRTC. We have implemented WebRTC for a voice calling feature in our React Native app, and everything works fine when both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. However, when the devices are on different networks, although ICE candidates are exchanged, neither user can hear the other’s voice.
I've tried using paid TURN servers from Twilio and other providers, but the issue persists. I am looking for a true expert who can debug and resolve this problem. Please bid only if you have a high level of experience in WebRTC and are confident in solving this issue. Thank you.
