Overview: We are seeking a developer to build a system that can extract publicly available data from specified Facebook groups and websites, categorize it using AI, store it in a well-structured database, and deliver the processed information to users through a WhatsApp API. The system should be scalable and maintain high quality code that ensures data integrity and security to allow for future development and expansion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection through scheduled scraping of Facebook groups using reliable tools or frameworks (e.g., Puppeteer, Selenium, or Apify) to keep the data up-to-date. 2. Set up a secure database to store collected data and ensure it is easily accessible for categorization. 3. Implement robust error handling and retries for data collection to ensure reliability and minimize data loss. 4. Integrate an API-Whatsapp service to deliver messages to users (spurnow). AI-Based Classification and Formatting Leverage AI/ML/NLP models to categorize and format the extracted data. Extracting key data from the listings. Key features include: Organizing listings by criteria such as location, price range, size, and amenities. Ensure outputs are properly structured for user delivery. Real-Time Messaging Integration Integrate with a Meta-approved real-time messaging API to deliver categorized listings to users based on their preferences. Key functions include: Automating workflows to ensure notifications go out twice a day. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in web scraping tools like Puppeteer or Selenium. Experience with machine learning and NLP models for text analysis and classification. Familiarity with real-time API integrations for messaging systems. Prior experience in building scalable, maintainable codebases. Data Scope: At this stage, we only intend to scrape publicly available data from specified Facebook groups. Future Scalability: The code must be of high quality and structured for future development.
